The responsibility of CRYSTAL GALAXY as
the tour operator and travel agent is limited. CRYSTAL GALAXY
acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements
for the airlines, hotels , or services related to travel
and tours and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury,
damage, loss, accident , delay or irregularity which may
be occasioned by the principals, or as direct or indirect
results of acts of GOD, acts of government, or from other
authorities de jure of de facto, wars, riots, quarantines,
medical customs regulations or from any loss or damage resulting
from improper passports, visas or documents. Deposits are
non-refundable. Refunds after written receipts on full payment
will be subject to administration cost and will be in accordance
with the package rules/ all prices are subject to currency
fluctuations. Alterations to booking must be informed to
CRYSTAL GALAXY prior to 72hrs of check in, No SHOW cost
may apply with short notice and is for clients account
By making a reservation with an accommodation
provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation
and no-show policy of that accommodation provider, and to
any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accommodation
provider that may apply to your reservation or during your
stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered
by the accommodation provider (the delivery terms and conditions
of an accommodation provider can be obtained with the relevant
accommodation provider). The general cancellation and no-show
policy of each accommodation provider is made available
on our website on the accommodation information pages, during
the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email.
Please note that certain rates or special offers are not
eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room
details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making
your reservation. Please note that a reservation which requires
down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled
(without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the
relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full
on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant
payment policy of the accommodation and the reservation.
Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details,
invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for
your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled
to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless
the accommodation agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment
and cancellation policy.
Please note that you may be charged for
your cancellation in accordance with the accommodation provider's
cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be
entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend
that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show
policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to
making your reservation and remember to make further payments
on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
- We pay your money to the TSP from whom
refunds must be claimed.
- We will facilitate the refund process.
- Monies will be refunded in accordance with the TSP’s
policy which may include cancellation fees, administration
fees or denial of application.
- We may apply reasonable administration fees as well as
retaining any service fees levied by us at the time of booking.
- Refunds may take up to eight weeks and in exceptional
cases even longer.
We may collect personal identification
information from Users in a variety of ways, including,
but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register
on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form,
and in connection with other activities, services, features
or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be
asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing
address, phone number. Credit card information will be asked
for only from travel agent subscribers. Users may, however,
visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification
information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such
information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally
identification information, except that it may prevent them
from engaging in certain Site related activities.
